Introduction to Lead Came & Copper Foil Stained Glass

Learn how to build your own stained glass window! Lead came is the centuries-old stained glass technique used in many churches and residences. Participants will build their own leaded glass window with instruction from Jack Young. Jack will share his skills garnered from more than 30 years of stained glass experience, and show students how to select glass, cut, build, solder and more. Class will meet one evening each week for six consecutive weeks. In addition to tuition, students can expect to spend between $250 – $375 for tools and materials during the course.  A complete tool kit is available for purchase for $345.00.  Each student will go away with a stained glass panel, tools and enough experience to keep making more stained glass panels.
